This role is working within the Utilities /industry and recent experainace as a Team Manager in this role is a essential.
The Team Manager will lead a team of 6 agents within the Customer Experience team to develop a dynamic and high customer focused team. This team is the heart and soul of the company where you will be ensuring business relationships and the customer journey is optimised, looking at ways to improve and enhance services. The team looks after SME and Business Groups where personalising the journey is key to match individual needs.
The successful candidate will possess:
· Leadership qualities and a minimum 2 years' experience of leading teams
· 2 year minimum experience of operating in the Utilities sector (essential)
· A track record of delivery Customer experience (NPS) improvements
· A track record of leading Cultural change, and creating best in class eNPS levels
· A commercial mind-set focused on delivering added value to all stakeholders
