Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be supporting a brand-new client who are an exciting, rapidly expanding, global beauty brand based in London with their requirement for a Customer Care Advisor.

As a Customer Care Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers through the use of telephone, email and live chat with regards to product information, order placements, shipping, returns and payment queries as well as general customer service enquiries.

The successful candidate for the Customer Care Advisor position must be a well-mannered, polite and positive individual who has a wealth of experience of working within customer service/customer care based contact centre roles.

You will be an excellent communicator through multiple channels and experience of using systems such as Magento and Zendesk is preferred. Only candidates who have experience of working within a makeup/beauty/fashion/online retail based customer service role will be considered for this position.

The operating hours for this role are Monday-Friday 9-5pm and the basic salary is £24,000 plus benefits. Immediate starts are ideal but my client will consider someone with a maximum of a one month's notice.
