Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with my client in Covent Garden, recruiting for several temporary Customer Support Advisors to join the team, working 4 long days (10 hour shifts per day) per week. Working earlies one week (7am - 5pm) and lates the next week (1pm - 11pm).
Your role is to provide personalised customer service, in a multichannel environment (70% email 30% calls) providing first class customer service and first point resolution.
What you'll be doing:
- Providing quality email support, occasional outbound calls, managing customer queries
- Resolving customer complaints
- Pro-actively contacting customers regarding delays
- Being the first point of contact for our fleet and partners
- Working closely with the Operations team to improve the product and customer experience
What you'll need:
- Customer Services experience, ideally within a logistics based role but not necessary
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Zendesk experience essential
- It is essential one has resent and least 6 months contact centre experience.
Start ASAP to finish around the festive season with a strong chance to go permanent at the end of the contract if.
The hourly rate is £11 per hour depending on experience.
