Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

I am now representing a long standing client in their search for an ambitious and highly effective Continuous Improvement Manager. This role is extremely visible within and throughout the business and will have a total view of the entire business including but not limited to internal processes, structure, customer journey, technology and training.

My client runs a multi site UK based operation and as a result a small frequency of travel will be needed by the successful candidate.

Having such an influence over change and improvements this is not a position that will suit someone that wants to delegate and orchestrate from behind a computer screen, you will need to have a real passion for delivery and do so with your sleeves rolled up!

You will be extremely focused on communication and stakeholder engagement across the many divisions and have the gravitas to bring the right people along with you on that journey. If something isn't working the mentality needs to be to find the right solution to get the job done rather than parking a particular piece and moving on.

To be successful you should be able to demonstrate a fluid and flexible approach to your work and be able to clearly articulate your experience around using data and analytics in the right way and not as the be all and end all. Exposure to project management covering transformation and high influence are essential qualities necessary to be a total success within this rewarding and excelling business and opportunity.
