Contact Centre Partners is proud to have been selected as the exclusive staffing partner to this multi-national, financial services business as they look to increase headcount within their customer service centre.
Our client is a well-established financial services leader in their field and are currently going through a large and exciting project of improvement and change to uplift, staff engagement, customer satisfaction and uplift in service and revenues.
You must have a background in leading a customer service team; ideally within a telephone based, contact centre-type environment where you will have overseen a team of advisors who provide very high levels of customer service.
You duties will include but may not be limited to:
- People Management
- KPI & SLA Management
- Performance Review
- Point of Escalation
- Stakeholder Engagement
