We are pleased to be supporting an existing client who are an instantly recognisable FMCG brand based in Oxfordshire with their requirement for a Contact Centre Team Manager.
As a Contact Centre Team Manager, it will be your main responsibility to lead a team of 10 Customer Service Professionals through motivation, coaching, mentoring and development to ensure they are managing all customer service contact professionally and passionately.
You will be responsible for delivering side by side and team coaching sessions whilst suggesting improvements and development plans to ensure the team are delivering the highest standard of customer experience and working to the best of their ability. You will manage individual and team targets, departmental KPI's and SLA's as well as being the main point of contact for escalations from both the team and customers.
The successful candidate for the Contact Centre Team Manager opportunity will have a wealth of experience managing large customer service teams within a contact centre environment. Ideally, someone who has experience of managing sales through service or lead generation teams would be preferable. You will be a focused individual who has proven experience of performance managing, developing, nurturing and supporting teams to achieve customer service excellence.
The hours for this role are Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm with various benefits including free onsite parking, 25 days' holiday plus bank holidays and onsite restaurant.
