Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are again supporting one of our clients as they start to look for another Team Manager for their thriving contact centre to bring the total number of Managers up to 6

Each Team Manager is responsible for a team of between 6 and 8 customer facing agents and they will have duties that will include but will not be limited to;

  • Coaching & Mentorship
  • 121 Development
  • KPI & SLA Management
  • Training
  • Ongoing Team Support
  • Point of Escalation

You will be supported by your line manager to help you and your team achieve short and long term objectives that will directly influence both Customer & Staff Satisfaction.

To be successful you must be able to demonstrate between 1 and 5 years experience within a contact centre environment at a Team Manager or Team Leader level.

You should be able to clearly articulate your previous experience n successfully delivering against the criteria set out above.
