Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be working with a returning client on the recruitment of two Team Mangers for a very fast-paced energetic environment.

This role is for an experienced team manager who is not afraid of hard work. You will be accountable for 15 agents who will be dealing with 98% inbound telephone based activity.

This is a 360-degree role where you will be managing all areas of your team including, coaching and development, 121s, dealing with HR issues, monitoring QA, performance management and lots more that will support and drive your KPI Performance as well as customer care.

This is a changing environment so the ability to adapt quickly and deliver change in a positive light is essential.

Key Competencies:

  • Previous experience as Team Manager Minimum 2 years of experience as Team Manager within contact centre industry/environment within fast paced target driven environment is essential
