Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are now working with one of our legacy clients in their search for an Operations Manager in a multi channel contact centre.
As the Operations Manager you will lead a team of 6 Direct Reports to deliver world class service through an FTE of c60. You will be looked upon as the driving force behind customer satisfaction through fluid and relevant KPIs and SLAs as well as continuous improvement exercises where appropriate.
Exposure to developing of social media channels would be an advantageous skill for my client as they are currently looking into these as becoming more prominent interaction tools for certain lines of contact.
The Operations Manager will need to be able to work closely with other stakeholders to ensure the constant sharing of good information.
In short you are in charge of all customer contact operational performance through solid leadership, processes and procedures, staff engagement and continuous improvement.
