Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a returning client on an exclusive basis supporting with an Operations Manager position within their Brand-New Customer Service Department.
This role will be responsible for the evening customer service team which is a brand-new team and will give you the opportunity to build and mould your team with full autonomy.
Role will include but not be limited to:
- Liaising with team to ensure targets are met and driving performance
- Training teams on all aspects of call handling including customer services, complaints, and upselling products
- Monitoring call centre stats including inbound and outbound activity
- Developing team and growth of department
- 3 years or more of operation / team management of a FTE 15+
- Able to lead by example and drive performance in all areas
We would ask that any applicant would consider this role carefully and be flexible to the working hours: Monday Friday 1600 2100 and Weekends 0900 -1700
