Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
I am once again working with one of my longest standing clients, helping them through a transition of transformational excellence both for their customers and their internal and external operations.
They are looking to bring in an experienced Operations/Contact Centre Manager with great exposure to leadership through people and process.
You will need to be used to handling internal operations as well as demonstrate your previous expertise in also doing so with an outsource partner.
You will be a visible and influential leader across both functions using key indicators and metrics including but not limited to:
- Strategy Review & Development
- Measure and Monitor BPO performance
- Act as point of impact
- Constantly identify areas for value add
- Insight and information sharing
- Apply and monitor BPO and internal KPI's & SLA's
To be successful it would be highly advantageous that you not only have a similar level background within the customer contact industry but that you also have had exposure to such a remit within the Utility Sector.
