We are delighted to be working with one of our longest standing clients. We are proud to have been part of their growth and change incentives over the past 3 years.

Continuing in this vain we are now supporting their search for a seasoned Contact Centre Manager (CCM) to work within a very specific part of the business.

Supporting up to 5 Team Leaders you will have overall responsibility for 40 FTE and have full control over all Operational duties that contribute to Customer Satisfaction and Revenue Streams. As the dedicated CCM you will also be involved with client facing tasks as and when necessary. You full duties will include but will not be limited to;

  • Total FTE Performance Control
  • Management of Direct Reports
  • Maximising Productivity
  • Mentorship & Coaching
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Point of Escalation

To be successful you should have a pure passion for delivering customer excellence through your people and have the gravitas to deliver performance updates to your peers. You should have a strong as a Contact Centre Manager/Operations Manager/Customer Service Manager.
