Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working exclusively with a brilliant business based with head offices in central London. Our client is looking for a new dynamic person to run their sales and service contact centre operation (circa 10FTE) which is growing year or year.
This is a really exciting business within a fascinating industry.
You will be responsible for managing the team, driving performance and working with the board of Directors to offer reccomendations for change that will improve service to their customers and result in increased revenue generation for the business.
They need a candidate who is great with people but also someone who can look at data and understand where changes can be made to improve performance within the operation.
You must have previous experience of managing a sales through customer service contact centre environment. You must be both hands on as well as being a strong communicator for internal key stakeholders, supporting the business within its change agenda, striving for continuous improvement.
