Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are now supporting a client that is looking to bring in a Contact Centre Manager to take on all operational leadership responsibilities within a multi department centre. This role has been developed as part of a recent restructure.
You will take charge of around 4 Team Leaders with an overall FTE of c55. Your remit will cover such daily needs as channel shift, career development, 121's, metric management and account development.
Exposure to any digital channels would also be advantageous as my client has begun developing new platforms for contact and information sharing.
Although not essential it would be great if you can demonstrate all the above (and more) from a background of local authority, housing, education or social work. If not it is important that you can prove your ability and previous experience in solid people and customer management from a BAU and continuous improvement perspective.
This is a highly rewarding and critical role within a fast moving business.
