Contact Centre Partners are delighted to be supporting an instantly recognisable, reputable and growing brand based in London with their requirement for a Contact Centre Team Manager.
As a Contact Centre Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading, managing and supervising the day to day operations of a team of Customer Support Agents, who deal with Customer Service queries from customers with regards to their accounts and provide general advice/support.
Your main responsibility as a Contact Centre Team Manager will be to deliver continuous improvement throughout the operation by providing hands-on support and guidance to the team, whilst also identifying training needs and areas of improvement. You will do this by implementing and delivering support programmes, individual, side by side and team coaching sessions, regular performance reviews and feedback sessions, 121's and creating performance plans to ensure the team are working to the best of their ability and providing the highest level of customer experience to all customers.
The successful candidate for the Contact Centre Team Manager position must have at least five years' experience of managing, training and coaching a customer service focused operation. You will be a highly experienced, customer centric and personable individual who thrives in an operation that is responsible for delivering the highest standard of customer experience.
My client offers an excellent basic salary plus a wide range of benefits and the working hours are 40 hours per week on a rotating shift pattern between Monday to Friday 8-8pm.
