Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
To help with my clients exciting growth into new regions we are supporting essentailly the build of this new site. As a result I am looking for an experienced Customer Service Quality Analyst to support the Training team.
You will be responsible for all the checking and evaluation of quality metrics across customer interactions including but not limited to; phone calls and emails.
Using your findings you will be able to help and advise on specific gaps in training and qualty improvements across the entire customer experience.
To be successful you must have held a similar position within a contact centre environment and be to demonstrate your ability to notice both positive and negaetive patterns.
