Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are looking for multiple Customer Service Advisors to commence work ASAP at our client's contact centre in Rickmansworth, Hertfordshire.
As a customer service advisor, you will be responsible for answering incoming call activity dealing with payments, bill queries, meter readings etc.

We are looking for people who demonstrate the following skills:
- A clear, professional, and articulate phone manner,
- Friendly but professional manner with ability to deliver outstanding customer service,
- One must have previous experience within a contact centre / customer service environment,
- Strong level of spoken and written English, with excellent communication and PC skills.
- Start ASAP for the next 8 - 12 weeks (permanent opportunities to the best candidates available),
- Office hours are Mon to Fri (shift 8am - 4.30pm or 11.30am - 8pm) and one Sat per month (9am - 5.30pm) with one day back in lieu,
- One will be contracted to work 37.5hrs per week,
- One must be happy to handle high volume of calls daily.
