Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a new client on an exclusive basis supporting them with the recruitment of Temp - Perm Customer Service Advisors.
You must have a background in providing high levels of customer service; ideally in a telephone-based environment and be available to commit to a 3-month contract with a view to go perm.
To be considered for these temporary roles you MUST:
- Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Be well presented
- Contact Centre Experience Desired
- Be reliable and punctual
- Be self-motivated and driven to make a difference
The Job details:
- Customer Service Advisor, dealing with predominantly admin issues such as gathering & confirming the customers details, but from time to time you would need to deal with general customer service issues,
- You are contracted to work Mon - Fri only and hours can be slightly flexible but office hours will be between 8.30am and 6.30pm, 37.5 hours per week only,
- Pay is £11 per hour Gross
We ill be running assessments weekly with a view to start immediately.
