Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are now supporting a client in their search for an experienced Complaints Manager.
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate your background within a contact centre environment managing a team of complaints experts and your ability to be a point of escalation.
You will be looked upon to lead your team through operational excellence dealing with such touch points as KPIs & SLA, 121's and development, day to day expectations and customer satisfaction.
Using multi channel contact you will be the person responsible for the gradual decrease in back logs and through RCA be able to develop and/or recommend new metrics to elevate future reoccurring complaints.
Although you must be from a complaints background it may be even more advantageous although not essential to have some exposure to the Energy or Utility markets.
