I am now supporting a client in their search for a Billings Manager. This piece of Recruitment is due to an expansion and continuous improvement project that has led to steady growth.
As the Billings Manager you will sit inside the CS Dept. and have full operational responsibility within.
- You duties will include but may not be limited to:
- Owning the overall performance against targets for Billings.
- Manager relationships with 3rd party debtors
- Improve use and visibility of CRM
- Solid Stakeholder Management
- Manage and review all department KPI's & SLA's.
- Manage and Lead as a Brand Ambassador
To be successful you must come from a contact centre environment and have direct experience within the Billings division. It would also be advantageous if you were coming from a strong utility background.
