Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are excited to be supporting an instantly recognisable, growing brand based in Nuneaton who are looking for Customer Service Advisors to join their contact centre operation.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing first class customer support through the telephone, email and live chat with regards to general queries, product information and resolving any issues they may have.

The ideal candidate for this position must be a friendly, personable and professional individual, who has at least two years' experience of working within a phone based customer service position. You must be able to confidently assist customers and provide an excellent customer service experience.

You must be flexible to work shifts over a 7-day working operation. M-F 8-8pm, Saturday 9-5pm and Sunday 10-5pm.
