Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to be working with a returning client recruiting for Customer Services & Sales Support Advisors to join the Day Team working any 5 days out of 7, in a 8 hour shift from 7am to 10pm (1 hour unpaid break) and they will have 2 days off a week.
Your role is to provide personalised customer service, in a multichannel environment providing first class customer service and first point resolution.
- Delivering an exceptional experience to customers across all contact channels, including telephone, email and social media within our Service Level Agreement times and standards
- Drive sales by maximising all selling opportunities to provide expert product knowledge
- Building strong internal and external relationships to improve the customer journey
- Take responsibility for resolving customer complaints quickly and effectively using the escalation process and turning negative situations into positive solutions
- Communicating customer feedback to the appropriate teams
- Excellent written and oral skills in English and Chinese
- Strong negotiation, diplomacy and problem-solving skills
- Super Motivated with a 'can do' attitude
- Tech-savvy, understands and embraces new systems, innovations, and technology
- 6 months contact centre experience
This is a 4 months fixed term contract with a chance to go permanent paying £19,000 (pro-rata).
