Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.

We are looking for a large number of customer service advisors on a 3-month temporary to permanent contract.

Our client is a multi-million pound company with offices based in Witham, Essex and they are looking to bring in extra support for their customer service team to help reduce call handling times.

You will need to be a confident communicator; ideally have experience of telephone-based service work in a contact centre however, consideration will be given to those who have worked in a demanding face to face role too.

Customer Service role:

  • You will be working as a Customer Service Advisor, dealing with predominantly admin issues such as gathering & confirming the customers details, but from time to time you would need to deal with general customer service issues, don't fear as training will be provided,
  • You are contracted to work Mon - Fri only and hours can be slightly flexible but office hours will be between 8.30am and 6.30pm, 37.5 hours per week only,
  • Assessment days on site is every Wednesday and to start working ASAP,
  • This is very much a temp to perm role. You will be required to work as a temp for the first 12 weeks so look at this as a probation period to potentially go perm,
