Contact Centre Partners is pleased to be supporting this nationally recognised business with its recruitment of a
Business Analyst to work out of their fantastic, Surrey-based offices.
This role will be for an initial 12-month fixed term period with a very strong likelihood of a further 12-month extension thereafter.
The Business Analyst will form part of a telephony migration project team for a business-wide service enhancement project aimed at reducing
call abandonment, increasing customer retention and enhancing the overall customer experience.
To be considered for this role; the successful candidate must have:
*A strong and demonstrable business analysis background
*Strong stakeholder management capability (internal & external)
*Ability to undertake process mapping and collate data to enable creation of an extensive knowledge bank to support contact centre
*Strong understanding of telephony systems (all platforms considered)
*Flexibility for day travel across the UK (you will only be required to do this for a short period)
