Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are currently working with a growing business located in Birmingham City Centre which is looking to recruit an additional Back office agent to offer first class operational support for their contact centre operation.
- You will work as part of a Monday to Friday rota team (plus 1 Saturday morning per month) dealing with operational support within this busy contact centre.
- The role requires strong communicators who can work timely and efficiently to offer great customer service to customers and suppliers internally and externally.
- A reasonable level of computer literacy is required to support with reporting and database maangement
To be considered for these roles (Non-negotiable):
- You will have strong customer contact skills gained in either a face-to-face or contact centre environment,
- Be an inclusive team player who is confident to undertake tasks using their own initiative.
