Contact Centre Partners (CCP) is a specialist recruitment consultancy that provides permanent, interim, and temporary staffing solutions within customer contact.
We are delighted to once again be supporting a client that we have helped developed into a leading brand in Customer Experience over the years.
Due to an upcoming period of Maternity I am now supporting their search for cover for the next 6 months.
As the Section Manager or Operations Manager, you will be looked upon to take full daily control of c130 FTE by not only being highly visible but by clear delegation to your direct reports.
This is not a simple "caretaking position" you will still be looked upon to influence continuous improvement through the customer journey and via various current internal processes. As well as having a view of the internal function you will also assume responsibility for close contact with my client's international outsource provider. This is to ensure that all customer metrics are being managed and that brand representation is mirrored.
Your overall duties will include but may not be limited to;
- Operational Strategic decision making
- Full BAU Ownership
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Total Performance & Quality Management
- Point of Escalation
- Stand in for Head of Site when required
To be successful you must be able to demonstrate your ability and experience in a similar function with a contact centre. You should have a real passion for people management and enjoy watching positive change through your own hard work and input.
